This role calls for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape, particularly on Amazon, and the ability to utilize data-driven insights to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Product Listings: Boost product visibility and conversion rates on Amazon through effective SEO, compelling content creation, and strategic image management.
  • Implement A+ Content and Storefront Enhancements: Collaborate with creative teams to develop and launch engaging A+ content and a visually appealing Amazon storefront that aligns with our brand identity and enhances the customer shopping experience.
  • Manage Advertising Campaigns: Lead all advertising efforts on Amazon, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP (Demand-Side Platform), to drive traffic, increase sales, and achieve a high ROI from ad spend.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Use data analysis to assess strategy effectiveness, refine tactics, and report on the performance and ROI of advertising campaigns and overall sales initiatives.
  • Inventory and Logistics Management: Monitor inventory levels, conduct forecasting, and manage logistics to ensure optimal stock availability, reduce stockouts, and meet customer demand effectively.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Amazon orders promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Updated on Amazon Features and Policies: Keep abreast of the latest developments, features, and promotional opportunities on Amazon, integrating them into our strategy to boost brand visibility and competitiveness.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce analytics.
